Програма лояльності Glusco Club – це довгострокова програма заохочень для постійних клієнтів мережі АЗК Glusco. Вона надає можливість клієнтам накопичувати GlusCoin та використовувати їх для власних покупок.

The Glusco Club loyalty program is a long-term incentive program for the customers of the GLUSCO fuel station network. It enables customers to accumulate GlusCoins and use them for their own purchases.

All participants of the Glusco Club loyalty program have a certain status: Basic, Gold or Platinum. The status changes in accordance with the amount of purchased fuel or goods/food in Glusco fuel stations, Glusco markets and Cafes.

You can become a member of the loyalty program in next ways:

1. Make a purchase for any amount at one of Glusco stations. Receive a card and register it directly on Glusco station or call the hotline 0800300028 and apply for registration of the card.
   or
2. Download the mobile app on the Play Market or the App Store and pass a short registration.
   or
   
3. Go to the registration page www.glusco.swiss and pass a short registration.

GlusCoin is the right for discount, which is charged for every purchase you commit at our network.

GlusCoin is charged as a percentage of the amount of your purchase receipt.

The percentage of accrual depends on your status.

GlusCoin accrual mechanism according to status:

You can use GlusCoin at the time of buying fuel and goods at our stores and cafes as well as our branded goods. You can also use GlusCoin for special promo-offers. You can find out more about them in the mobile application or right at the fuel station.

No, you can't. The use of accumulated GlusCoin does not apply to alcohol, low alcohol and tobacco products, as well as to products which prices are regulated by relevant state regulations.

It is your status in the loyalty program on which depends your GlusCoin charges. Each pepson, becoming a new member, gets Basic status. The status changes every three months.

New members of the loyalty program automatically receive Basic status.

To get the Gold status, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. to buy goods for at least 7 500 UAH at our shops during the every 3 months;

2. to buy at least 300 liters during the every 3 months.

To get the Platinum status, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. to buy goods for at least 15 000 UAH at our shops during the every 3 months;
2. to buy at least 600 liters during the every 3 months.

You can track your balance in your Glusco personal cabinet, which is connected to your mobile app. Your balance is also printed in the check after each purchase if you are registered.

First of all you need to block your card by calling the hotline on 0 800 300 028 and make a request.

You can get more GlusCoin in the following way:

• Refill for more than 25 liters and receive 1% of each additional liter
• Take an active part in a national promo action
• Follow up on personal offers
• Raise your status

In the mobile application you can see your card number which is different from the real plastic card one, but GlusCoins are charged by identification of your phone number. So GlusCoin will be charged to your balance no matter what type of card you use.
